Johnquest is my stupid fucking plot to listen to every album to have been featured on John Allison’s Album Of The Year Charts and to post reviews of them. On here. All will be subjective, of course. I'm a stupid stupid musicliker and a stupid stupid comicsliker and I need to do SOMETHING with my life, okay? Plus, he seems to be very educated on what entails a good tune. I've not been listening to every album he recs thus far but I've spent many a january day looking at his new choices and nodding my head affirmingly. It's almost the thirtieth year of these charts too! Yay!
I have no way of knowing how long this will run for or how often I'll post reviews/update the site. Often enough, hopefully. This is probably a bad idea but it's better than getting into bigotry or hard drugs so I'm doing better than a lot of people who get screwed over by the world due to circumstances outside of their control usually. Maybe that's not a good thing. This is a music subsite, right? We like music here?
